Booze & Books and Little Bookworms celebrate the 20th publication anniversary of J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone (aka Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone in the U.S.) with our HARRY POTTER 20 brunch screening series. Over three months, Potterheads of all ages will be able to see ALL eight films on Nitehawk’s big screen as we highlight this much beloved wizard’s evolution from the written page to cinema stage.

Nitehawk is also hosting our first ever debate with The Strand Bookstore on January 12 in a Harry Potter battle royale! Books versus Films: Harry Potter will feature special guests -Alise Morales and Aliza Weinberger (BOOKS) with Matt Jacobs and Erin Whitney (FILMS) and who will go head-to-head debating over which medium is best!

And of course we’ll have food specials like: Chocolate Frog (Milk chocolate shaped frog with Cap’n Crunch pieces), Butterbeer (Goslings Bermuda Black Rum, Diplomatico Añejo Rum, porter reduction, spiced butter, brown sugar – served hot) and a special drink for the kiddos, Gillywater (green apple, coconut, lime, lemon-lime soda).
